Glenn Morgan has a passion for movement stemming from his childhood. Growing up as a dancer, participating in multiple sports and music, Glenn learned the importance of movement and activity for health, happiness and longevity. He has a unique background in higher education, movement, dance, and brings these experiences to his instruction.
 
Glenn holds a Bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University, a Master’s degree from Laban, City University of London, and an MFA Choreography degree from Jacksonville University since 2019. He is currently a college professor at Jacksonville University and has also taught at FSCJ and Laban in London, UK. His past work experiences also include: Exercise Science Lab Technician and Physical Therapy Exercise Physiologist.
 
His passion for movement led him to a career as a movement practitioner in as a certified Pilates instructor through Body Balance University and a Clinical Personal Trainer certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He is also a Corrective Exercise Specialist, Weight Loss Specialist, Senior Fitness Specialist and TRX Functional Trainer.
 
His specialties include pre/post rehabilitation training, including spinal cord injury, wheelchair mobility, balance and coordination, neurological and orthopedic injuries, structural assessment, corrective exercise, older adult training, functional training, and weight loss.
 
His goals for his clients are to improve them through a personalized approach and use of structural integration techniques.  His focus is to meet his client’s goals by educating and motivating them within a fun and safe training environment.
 
Glenn enjoys an active lifestyle and loves to surf or dance whenever he has time. He has two wonderful boys, two dogs, and is a devoted family man.
