The on-ramp for going deep into the Pilates method; this program begins with 3 private sessions with Tehila. During these one-on-one sessions, Tehila will learn your physical history, your body, and your goals. Over the course of these sessions, a personalized program will be created. Students will learn their repertoire, and as they advance, new exercises will be taught (again, all of this is individualized). Once the student feels confident, they will enter the personal program equipment sessions.
