What makes Tehila’s style unique is the individualized attention students receive. No two bodies are the same, so no two Pilates programs are, either. Tehila meets with clients one-on-one during the introductory settings. During these sessions, she gets to know a client’s history, goals, and gets to personally connect with each client. As Tehila and client learn one another, Tehila creates an individualized program for that specific person. They are introduced to the equipment by learning exercises specific to their needs. As progress is made, new exercises are taught to the student, creating a larger repertoire and understanding of the Pilates method.
